Results: Plot-Rel(t)

The plot of the tendon relaxation for any defined tendon can be viewed via this pad.

Input the appropriate values (Items described below)in the boxes and choose redraw to see the graph for the newly defined data.

SettingDescription
Tendon The variation for the defined tendon number will be shown
Rel-Sig Relation Sigp/Sigzul can be chosen by pressing three fix check buttons and by input one free value: 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and free factor input. According the check buttons for each of them the relaxation curve will be calculated and drawn.
RelClass Relaxation-Class will be read for the tendon form the material file and shown in the input field.
  • Class 1 Wire or strand - ordinary prestressing tendons
  • Class 2 Wire or strand - low relaxation
  • Class 3 Bars - hot rolles and processed
Button << Pressing the button, the presentation of relaxation curve  for the FIRST tendon in the structure will be shown.
Button < Pressing the button, the presentation of relaxation curve  for one tendon BEFORE in the structure will be shown.
Button > Pressing the button, the presentation of relaxation curve for one tendon AFTER in the structure will be shown.
Button >> Pressing the button, the presentation of relaxation curve for the LAST tendon in the structure will be shown.
Redraw Pressing the button, the redraw after changing the values above will be done.
Plot to file The curve of the current tendon (relaxation) will be plot to the free plot file name (i.e. pltf002.pl
Set Pressing the button, the table of variables will be opened, which are important for calculation of relaxation curve. You can change the values and study the differences of the curve.
C+S Pressing the button, the graphic presentation of time dependent functions: Creep and Shrinkage will be shown.
E(t) Pressing the button, the graphic presentation of time dependent function E-Modulus will be shown.
Note: If the curve does not exist, there are three possibilities:
  • the assigned material has no definition of time dependent variables  (CHECK : Properties/Material/Info and Structure/Tendon)
  • the variables does not exist (CHECK : Properties/Variable). If they don't  exist, import the files CEB78.rm or CEB90.rm,…
  • the values of the internal variables are zero (CHECK : Properties/Variable/  icon SET). If they are zero, check the material values!
Note: The graphic presentation of the curve can also be plotted. Use the action PlCrSh in one of construction stages in the construction schedule.
